In 2009 we set up Insite Energy as a joint venture between Fontenergy and developer Rydon. With a rapidly growing portfolio of around 7,000 users, Insite provides metering, billing and customer care for people on district heating and community energy networks. Insite’s mission is to provide a professional, respectful, efficient and high quality service that meets the needs of our clients and customers.
Insite’s core services include:
Managing customers
Insite takes care of all aspects of customer care including reading meters, billing customers, collecting payments, managing debt and providing a customer call centre.
Energy management
Insite helps developers, landlords, housing providers, management companies and ESCOs to run their energy systems to achieve efficiency and commercial performance targets. Insite assists by setting tariffs, procuring fuel and negotiating electricity off-take contracts on behalf of its customers.
Operating and maintaining onsite assets
Our ongoing services include operating and maintaining central plant and distribution networks, monitoring site performance, and contracting for overhauls and new equipment.
