Insite Energy is a joint venture between Fontenergy and developer Rydon. Insite specializes in managing and delivering energy through distributed networks. Its core services include:

Managing customers
Insite takes care of all aspects of customer care including setting tariffs, billing customers, collecting payments, managing bad debt, and providing a customer call centre for billing queries.

Interfacing with the wider electricity markets

Insite can ensure the project complies with all requirements for participation in the electricity and gas markets, obtain financial benefits associated with the generation of distributed energy, and work with the local distribution company to pay customer distribution fees. It also buys any electricity, biomass, gas or other supply required for the site.

Operating and maintaining onsite assets
Our ongoing services include daily scheduling of production, monitoring site performance, managing all maintenance, and contracting for overhauls and new equipment.
