Welcome

Fontenergy specialises in low carbon energy generation for the built environment.

We help developers and community organisations deliver energy schemes that meet both financial and sustainability goals.

We provide an end-to-end solution, from the design of a low carbon energy system that addresses the characteristics and planned use of a site, through to the ongoing management of energy services.

What's new:

Fontenergy wins EU grant to address exsiting stock

Fontenergy has won an EU grant to investigate new ESCO models to radically improve the energy efficiency and emissions of existing social housing stock. Together with Places for People, our RSL partner, we will propose new models and identify commercial, legal, and technical barriers currently blocking the market.  Key findings will be published on the consortium website - coming soon.

HCA engage Fontenergy on energy services for RSL's

Fontenergy, in conjunction with Camco Global and Places for People, has been engaged by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to produce a major report on the procurement of energy services by RSL's.  The report will inform the next steps in the development of energy services by identifying barriers and opportunities in the market, and will include proposals for new models. The contents of the report will be posted to a dedicated website for the benefit of professionals and stakeholders across the sector.  Keep an eye on our blog, THE FONT.  We'll post more there as the project finishes and include a link so you can look at the report yourself.
